Pilates Sculpt Matwork & Myofascial Release Workshop
Hosted by Grounded Spaces
About this workshop
Pilates Sculpt Matwork & Myofascial Release class, specially designed for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Led by our Clinical Pilates instructor, this session promises to be an experiential and balanced journey for both body and mind. The class begins with 40 minutes of invigorating Pilates Sculpt Matwork, aimed at toning your muscles while enhancing control, endurance and range of motion. Through a series of controlled movements and simple exercises, you'll engage various muscle groups to sculpt a leaner, more toned physique. Following the Pilates portion, we delve into 40 mins minutes of Myofascial Release using our GS exclusive myofascial balls. This technique focuses on releasing tension and tightness in the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles, promoting better mobility and reducing the risk of injury. Our instructor will guide you through a series of self-massage techniques, targeting key areas of the body to alleviate knots and improve overall tissue health. This session ends with a mindful and restorative stretch. This session goes beyond just physical practice; it also aims to debunk myths surrounding myofascial release, providing you with a deeper understanding of its benefits and how it complements your fitness routine.
