About this workshop
This 2.5-hour workshop led by our Clinical Pilates instructor, starts with a 60-minute Pilates Matwork & Stretch class, followed by an evidence-based workshop titled "What is causing your pain?". Discover the fascinating world of our nervous system's role in pain management. Participants will engage in a confidential questionnaire designed to deepen self-awareness and understanding of individual behaviors that may be related to pain. The workshop will also provide brief and recent insights into pain science, and is an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge about pain management, and empower yourself with tools for a healthier, pain-free lifestyle.
